Add employees to your tenant (Admins only)

  1. Go to the Oneleet Dashboard (opens in a new tab).
  2. Click on the Management tab and go to People.
  3. Make sure everyone you want to add is either a tenant member or an employee.

An employee has access to the Oneleet Portal (opens in a new tab), while a tenant member has access to both the Dashboard (opens in a new tab) as well as the Portal.

Download the Oneleet Agent

  1. Open the Oneleet Portal (opens in a new tab) in your browser and log in.
  2. Click on the Devices tab to download the Oneleet Agent for your OS.

macOS (11.0+)

You should have downloaded a zip file named Oneleet.zip. Follow these steps to install the Oneleet Agent on your macOS device:

  1. Double click the zip file to unzip it. This will extract an app bundle named Oneleet.
  2. Move the Oneleet app to your Applications folder.
  3. Launch the Oneleet app. You should see the Oneleet icon appear in your menu bar at the top of your screen. Click on the icon then click Log in....
  4. You'll be prompted with a device code authorization page. You will see a popup with the device code. Once you verify the device code, click Continue on the login page.
  5. Log in using your email to authenticate. You should receive a one-time code by email to finish logging in.

Windows (10+)

You should have downloaded an installer named OneleetInstaller.exe. Follow these steps to install the Oneleet Agent on your Windows device:

  1. Double click the installer to run it. You may see a warning from Windows Defender SmartScreen. Click More info then Run anyway to proceed.
  2. Follow the installation wizard to install the Oneleet Agent on your device.
  3. The installer should launch the Oneleet Agent automatically after installation. If it doesn't, you can find the Oneleet app in your Start menu which you can use to launch the Oneleet Agent.
  4. You should see the Oneleet icon appear in your system tray at the bottom right of your screen. Click on the icon then click Log in....
  5. You will be prompted with a device code authorization page. You will see a notification with the device code. Once you verify the device code, click Continue on the login page.

Linux (DEB and RPM)

Once you've logged in, you're all set! Your device will be automatically registered with your organization on Oneleet.
