Brex

Overview

The Brex integration connects your Brex account to Oneleet, syncing active user accounts from your Brex workspace. This enables Oneleet to monitor user access and enforce compliance across your spend management platform.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Brex user accounts (active users only)

Setup

To set up the Brex integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Brex and click Continue.

Oneleet requires a Brex API token with read access to your users.

Creating an API token

1. Open the Brex Developer Settings
2. Click Create Token
3. Under the Team section, select the Read permission for Users
4. No other permissions are necessary
5. Scroll to the bottom and click Create Token
6. Click Allow Access to generate the token secret
7. Copy the secret — you will not be able to access it again

Connecting to Oneleet

1. Enter a name for the access token (5–32 characters)
2. Paste the token secret (exactly 40 characters)
3. Click Submit

Oneleet will validate the token by querying the Brex API. If the token is valid, the connection will be created.
