Detected accounts

Oneleet reads user accounts from your connected integrations and matches them to the people in your organization. Accounts it cannot match with confidence are listed under People → Review accounts, where you decide what each one is.

Reviewing an account

Accounts are grouped by how confident the match is:

• Suspicious – accounts with patterns that suggest they are not a real person.
• Likely match and Possible match – accounts that look like an existing person. Link them to that person, or to someone else.
• New hires, Personal and External – accounts on verified company domains, consumer email domains, or other domains that match nobody yet. Add them as a new person, or link them to an existing one.
• Snoozed and Ignored – accounts you have set aside, hidden by default.

Linking an account to a person closes the review for that account.

Snoozing an account

Snooze an account when you expect to be able to resolve it later, for example a contractor who has not been added yet. Choose one of the preset durations (tomorrow, next week, next month, and so on) or pick a date, then give a reason.

Snoozed accounts are hidden from the review list and stop counting toward the “accounts not yet linked” banner on the People page. When the snooze date passes, the account comes back for review automatically. You can also unsnooze it at any time.

Ignoring an account

Ignore an account that will never belong to a person, such as a shared service account. Ignoring asks for a reason, and Oneleet records who ignored the account and when so that others reviewing the list can see why it was dismissed.

Ignored accounts stay hidden until you unignore them. Snoozing an ignored account, or ignoring a snoozed one, replaces the earlier decision.
