Your preferences

Your notification preferences live under Settings > My Account > Notifications. They apply to you in the workspace you’re currently in — if you belong to more than one workspace, set them in each.

Choosing what you receive

Notifications are grouped by category — Monitoring, Security, Collaboration, Trust Center, Integrations, and Reports. Each row is one notification type, with a toggle per channel: one for Email, one for Slack. Hover the info icon next to a name for a description of when that notification fires.

Turning both channels off stops that notification for you entirely.

Three buttons at the top of the page act on every row at once:

Enable all — turns on every notification on every channel.
Disable all — turns everything off.
Use workspace default — discards your customizations and returns you to the defaults your admin set for your role.

Receiving notifications in Slack

The Slack toggle controls direct messages to you. Before it can deliver anything:

An admin must connect the Slack integration and select the connector used to match members to Slack accounts.
Your Slack account on that workspace must be linked to your Oneleet profile, on the Members page.

Until both are true, the Slack toggle has no effect on what reaches you. If the Slack connection needs to be re-authorized, a banner appears at the top of the page.

Slack direct messages are separate from the shared notifications channel your workspace may post to. A workspace-wide notification can reach you twice — once in the channel, once as a DM — and turning your Slack toggle off only stops the DM.

Notifications you won’t see listed

Invitations, workspace access grants, exposed-account alerts, and auditor portal notifications are always sent and don’t appear on this page. See the notification catalog.
