OpenProject
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The OpenProject integration connects your OpenProject instance to Oneleet and syncs its users, so Oneleet can track who has access to your project management platform.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- OpenProject users, including whether they’re administrators and whether their account is locked
OpenProject’s API doesn’t report whether a user has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check it. You can enforce it for everyone under Administration > Authentication > Two-factor authentication.
To set up the OpenProject integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > OpenProject and click Continue.
Oneleet requires an OpenProject API token created by an administrator (or a user with the global Manage users permission), and the REST API must be enabled under Administration > API and webhooks.
Creating an API token
Section titled “Creating an API token”- In OpenProject, select your avatar in the top-right corner and open Account settings
- Go to Access tokens
- On the Provider tokens tab, in the API section, click + API token
- Give the token a name and, if asked, pick an expiration
- Click Create and copy the token. It starts with
opapi-and is shown only once
For more information, see the OpenProject access tokens documentation.
Connecting to Oneleet
Section titled “Connecting to Oneleet”- Enter your OpenProject hostname, for example
example.openproject.com - Paste the API token
- Click Submit
Oneleet validates the token by querying the OpenProject API, and creates the connection if the token is valid.
