ilert
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The ilert integration connects your ilert account to Oneleet and syncs its users, so Oneleet can track who has access to your alerting, on-call, and incident management platform.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- ilert users, including their name, email, username, and role
ilert’s API doesn’t report whether a user has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check it.
To set up the ilert integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > ilert and click Continue.
Oneleet requires an ilert API key with read permission. We recommend creating it as an ilert Admin so Oneleet can see every user in your account.
Creating an API key
Section titled “Creating an API key”- In ilert, open your profile menu and select API keys
- Click Create a new API key
- Enter a name, keep Read permission checked, and uncheck Write permission and Delete permission
- Click Save and copy the full key shown, including the
Bearerprefix. ilert shows it only once
For more information, see the ilert API authentication documentation.
Connecting to Oneleet
Section titled “Connecting to Oneleet”- Paste the API key
- Click Connect
Oneleet validates the key by querying the ilert API, and creates the connection if the key is valid.
