HR Partner

Overview

The HR Partner integration connects your HR Partner company to Oneleet and syncs its employees, including terminated ones, so Oneleet can track who appears in your HR system.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• HR Partner employees, including their position and whether they’re active or terminated

HR Partner’s API doesn’t report whether an employee has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check it.

Setup

To set up the HR Partner integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > HR Partner and click Continue.

Oneleet requires an HR Partner API token. Only HR Partner users with full access rights can enable API access and see the token.

Getting an API token

1. In HR Partner, go to Setup > Configure > Integrations
2. Under Integrate With External Systems, tick Enable API Access for external applications
3. Click Save at the bottom of the page
4. Copy the API Token

The API token can access all of your company’s HR Partner data. Click Reset API Token if it was ever shared with someone you don’t trust.

Connecting to Oneleet

1. Paste the API token as the API Key
2. Click Connect

Oneleet creates the connection and the first scan runs right away.
