Hubstaff

The Hubstaff integration connects your Hubstaff organization to Oneleet, syncing members as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Hubstaff organization.

  • Hubstaff organization members (user accounts), including each member’s role and whether their membership or account is active

Hubstaff’s API doesn’t report whether members use two-factor authentication, or whether the organization requires it, so Oneleet doesn’t monitor it.

To set up the Hubstaff integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Hubstaff.

Oneleet connects with a Hubstaff organization access token. Sign in as the organization Owner or an Organization manager.

  1. In Hubstaff, open Settings → Organization → Security & log in → API access tokens and click Create token.
  2. Name the token and, under Assigned member, pick an Owner or Organization manager.
  3. Choose an Expiration and click Create token.
  4. Copy the token (it starts with hsoat_; Hubstaff only shows it once), paste it into the form in Oneleet, and click Connect.

The token acts as its assigned member. If that member is removed or loses their role, or the token expires, Oneleet disconnects until you update the token in Oneleet.
