TestCollab

Overview

The TestCollab integration connects your TestCollab company to Oneleet, syncing company users as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your test management workspace.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• TestCollab users (user accounts), including each user’s role and whether they’ve been deactivated

TestCollab doesn’t report whether individual users have MFA set up, so user accounts show MFA as unknown.

Setup

To set up the TestCollab integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > TestCollab.

Oneleet connects with a TestCollab API token, which acts as the user who creates it.

1. In TestCollab, open the avatar menu and click My Profile Settings.
2. Open the API Token tab, enter a label, and click Generate.
3. Copy the token. It’s shown only once.
4. In Oneleet, choose your region (us or eu), paste the API token, and click Connect.

Deleting the token, or removing the user who created it, disconnects Oneleet until you update the token.
