DeskTime
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The DeskTime integration connects your DeskTime company to Oneleet, syncing employees as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your DeskTime company.
What does Oneleet monitor?

DeskTime’s API doesn’t report employee roles or whether employees use two-factor authentication, so Oneleet doesn’t monitor them.
To set up the DeskTime integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > DeskTime.
Oneleet connects with a DeskTime API key. Sign in as the company Owner or an Admin so the key can see every employee.
- In DeskTime, scroll to the bottom of any page and click API in the footer (or open desktime.com/app/api).
- Under Your API key, click Generate and confirm your DeskTime password. If a key already exists, you can reuse it.
- Reveal and copy the key.
- Paste it into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.
The API key is tied to the DeskTime user who generated it. Clicking Regenerate or Deactivate in DeskTime disconnects Oneleet until you update the key in Oneleet.
