Aiven

The Aiven integration connects your Aiven organization to Oneleet, syncing organization users as user account assets and your organization as an asset. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Aiven organization and how they sign in.

  • Aiven organization users (user accounts), including whether each user is a super admin and whether they have two-factor authentication enabled
  • Your Aiven organization’s authentication policy, including whether it requires two-factor authentication or allows only SSO sign-in

To set up the Aiven integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Aiven.

Oneleet connects with the token of an Aiven application user. Use an account with the Organization admin role to create it.

  1. In the Aiven Console, click Admin → Application users → Create application user, enter a name, and click Create application user.
  2. Go to Admin → Permissions → Grant permissions → Grant to users, select the application user, keep your organization as the resource, and add the View organization users (organization:users:read) and Manage organization users (organization:users:write) permissions. Aiven only shows users’ two-factor authentication status to principals with organization:users:write.
  3. Open the application user under Admin → Application users, click Generate token, and copy the token.
  4. Paste the token into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.

Revoking the token or removing the application user disconnects Oneleet until you update the token in Oneleet.
