LiveChat
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The LiveChat integration connects your LiveChat organization to Oneleet, syncing the accounts in your organization as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to LiveChat and whether they sign in with two-factor authentication.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- LiveChat accounts (user accounts), including each account’s organization and LiveChat roles, whether it’s suspended, and whether it has two-factor authentication enabled
To set up the LiveChat integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > LiveChat.
Oneleet connects with a Personal Access Token from the Text Developer Console. Create it while signed in as a LiveChat owner or administrator.
- Open the Text Developer Console and go to Settings → Authorization → Personal Access Tokens.
- Click Create new token, name it, and add the
accounts--all:roandaccounts.roles--all:roscopes. - Click Create token and copy the Account ID and the Token.
- Paste both values into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.
A Personal Access Token belongs to the account that created it. Deleting the token, or removing that account from your organization, disconnects Oneleet until you add a new token in Oneleet.
