Overview

The Postman integration connects your Postman team to Oneleet, syncing team members as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Postman team.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Postman team members (user accounts), including each member’s team roles

Setup

To set up the Postman integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Postman.

Oneleet connects with a Postman API key. Use an account that belongs to the team you want to monitor.

1. In Postman, open Account settings → API keys.
2. Click Generate API Key, enter a name, and click Generate API Key.
3. Click Copy to Clipboard, paste the key into the form in Oneleet, and click Connect.

A Postman API key belongs to a user and grants access to everything that user can access. Revoking or regenerating it in Postman disconnects Oneleet until you update the key in Oneleet.

Limitations

Postman’s API doesn’t expose whether members have two-factor authentication enabled or whether the team enforces SSO, so Oneleet shows two-factor status as unknown for Postman accounts.
