Qlik Cloud
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Qlik Cloud integration connects your Qlik Cloud tenant to Oneleet, syncing tenant users as user account assets and your tenant as an asset. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Qlik Cloud tenant and how they sign in.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Qlik Cloud users (user accounts), including each user’s roles and whether they’re active
- Your Qlik Cloud tenant, including whether users sign in through an OIDC or SAML identity provider, where you can enforce multi-factor authentication
Qlik Cloud doesn’t report whether individual users have MFA set up, so user accounts show MFA as unknown.
To set up the Qlik Cloud integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Qlik Cloud.
Oneleet connects with a Qlik Cloud OAuth machine-to-machine client. You need the Tenant Admin role.
- In Qlik Cloud, open Administration → OAuth and click Create new.
- Choose client type Web, authentication method Client secret, turn on Allow Machine-to-Machine (M2M), and add the admin_classic scope.
- Click Create, then copy the Client ID and Client secret.
- In the OAuth list, open the client’s ⋮ menu, choose Change consent method, and select Trusted.
- In Oneleet, enter your tenant hostname (e.g.
your-tenant.us.qlikcloud.com), the Client ID, and the Client Secret, and click Connect.
The OAuth client acts as a Tenant Admin and appears as a user in your tenant. Deleting it or regenerating its secret disconnects Oneleet until you update the credentials.
