Rho
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Rho integration connects your Rho business to Oneleet and syncs its team members, so Oneleet can track who has access to your banking and spend management platform.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Rho team members, including their role and whether their account is blocked or removed
Rho’s API doesn’t report whether a team member has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check it.
To set up the Rho integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Rho and click Continue.
Oneleet requires a Rho API Access Token with the users:read scope. Only Rho Account Owners and Admins can create one.
Creating an API Access Token
Section titled “Creating an API Access Token”- In Rho, open Settings and go to API Access Tokens
- Click Create token and give it a name
- Under Scopes, select only users:read
- Leave Allowed IPs empty and choose the longest Expiration available (one year)
- Complete the 2FA challenge and copy the token. It starts with
rhobat_and is shown only once
For more information, see the Rho API authentication documentation.
Connecting to Oneleet
Section titled “Connecting to Oneleet”- Paste the API Access Token
- Click Submit
Oneleet validates the token by querying the Rho API, and creates the connection if the token is valid.
Rho expires tokens that go unused for 45 days. Oneleet’s daily scans keep the token active, but you’ll still need to replace it before its expiration date.
