ClickUp

The ClickUp integration connects your ClickUp Workspaces to Oneleet, syncing Workspace members as user account assets. This lets Oneleet show who has access to your ClickUp Workspaces.

  • ClickUp Workspace members (user accounts), including each member’s role and custom role in every Workspace they belong to, labeled with the Workspace name (for example, Acme: admin). A member of several Workspaces appears once.

People who were invited but haven’t joined a Workspace yet aren’t synced.

ClickUp’s API doesn’t expose whether members use two-factor authentication, or whether a Workspace requires two-factor authentication or SSO. So Oneleet shows MFA status as unknown for ClickUp accounts, and there are no ClickUp monitors.

To set up the ClickUp integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > ClickUp.

Oneleet connects with a ClickUp personal API token. Create it while signed in as a Workspace owner or admin, so Oneleet can see all members.

  1. In ClickUp, click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Settings.
  2. In the sidebar, under Integrations & ClickApps, open ClickUp API.
  3. Click Create token, enter a description such as Oneleet, choose an expiration, and click Create token.
  4. Re-enter your ClickUp password and click Confirm Password.
  5. Click Copy next to the new token (it starts with pk_), paste it into the form in Oneleet, and click Connect.

A personal API token acts as you and grants access to everything you can access. If the token expires or you delete it in ClickUp, Oneleet disconnects until you add a new token.
