Overview

The Segment integration connects your Segment workspace to Oneleet, syncing workspace members as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Segment workspace.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Segment workspace members (user accounts), including their email and roles

Setup

To set up the Segment integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Segment.

Oneleet connects with a Segment Public API token, which only a Workspace Owner can create. The Public API is available on Segment’s Team and Business plans.

1. In Segment, open Settings → Workspace settings → Access Management and select the Tokens tab.
2. Click Create Token, enter a Description, select Workspace Owner under Assign Access, and click Create.
3. Copy the token, paste it into the form in Oneleet, select your workspace’s region (us for app.segment.com, eu for eu1.app.segment.com), and click Connect.

Segment doesn’t expose members’ two-factor authentication status through its API, so Oneleet can’t report it for Segment accounts.
