Digest emails
The digest is a single recurring email summarizing activity across your security program, instead of a message per event. It’s configured under Settings > My Account > Notifications, below your per-notification preferences.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”- Email Digest — the master switch. With it off, no digest is sent and the rest of the settings are hidden.
- Frequency — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
- Included sections — which parts of the platform the digest reports on.
Available sections:
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
| Monitors | Monitor status updates and alerts |
| Attack Surface | Attack surface findings and scan results |
| Code Security | Code security findings and vulnerabilities |
| Dependency Scanning | Unresolved package vulnerability findings across your repositories |
You’ll only see the sections for modules your workspace has enabled. A digest with no sections selected has nothing to report, so select at least one.
Workspace defaults
Section titled “Workspace defaults”If you’ve never touched your digest settings, you inherit the defaults an admin set for your role — whether the digest is on, how often it arrives, and which sections it includes. Use workspace default discards your own settings and returns you to inheriting them.
Admins configure these under Settings > Workspace > Notifications on the Digest tab; see workspace defaults.
Digest and individual notifications
Section titled “Digest and individual notifications”The two are independent. Enabling the digest doesn’t suppress individual notifications — if you want the digest instead of per-event messages, turn the individual notification types off on your preferences page.
