Helpmonks

Overview

The Helpmonks integration connects your Helpmonks account to Oneleet and syncs its users, so Oneleet can track who has access to your shared inboxes.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Helpmonks users, including whether they’re deactivated
• Whether each active Helpmonks user has 2-Step Verification enabled

Setup

To set up the Helpmonks integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Helpmonks and click Continue.

Oneleet requires a Helpmonks API key created by an administrator of your Helpmonks account.

Creating an API key

1. In Helpmonks, open Settings and go to Users
2. Click your user and open the API Keys tab
3. Click Add a new API Key and copy the new key

Connecting to Oneleet

1. Enter the host you sign in to Helpmonks at: app.helpmonks.com, or app.helpmonks.eu for EU accounts
2. Paste the API key
3. Click Connect

Oneleet validates the key by querying the Helpmonks API, and creates the connection if the key is valid.
