Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Planio integration connects your Planio account to Oneleet through the Planio REST API, syncing the users of the account as user account assets.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Planio users (user accounts), including whether each user is an administrator and whether they’re locked or not yet activated
- Planio users have two-factor authentication enabled: fails for each active user who hasn’t set up two-factor authentication. Locked and not-yet-activated users can’t sign in, so they’re ignored.
To set up the Planio integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Planio.
Oneleet connects with the API access key of a Planio administrator: only administrators can list the account’s users through the API.
- In Planio, select your avatar, then Administration > Settings, and open the API tab. Make sure Enable REST web service is checked, then click Save.
- Select your avatar, then My account. In the API access key section of the sidebar, click Show and copy the key.
- In Oneleet, enter your Planio hostname (for example
example.planio.com) and the API access key, and click Connect.
