Clockify

Overview

The Clockify integration connects your Clockify workspace to Oneleet, syncing workspace members as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Clockify workspace.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Clockify workspace members (user accounts), including each member’s role and whether they’re deactivated

Clockify sign-in uses emailed one-time codes or single sign-on and has no two-factor authentication setting, so Oneleet doesn’t monitor it.

Setup

To set up the Clockify integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Clockify.

Oneleet connects with a Clockify API key and your Workspace ID. Sign in as the workspace Owner or an Admin.

1. In Clockify, open Preferences > Advanced > Manage API keys, click Generate new, name the key, and click Generate.
2. Copy the key. Clockify only shows it once.
3. Open Workspace settings and copy the Workspace ID from the address bar (app.clockify.me/workspaces/<Workspace ID>/settings).
4. If Workspace settings > Security > Data region isn’t Global, note its region code (euc1, use2, euw2, or apse2).
5. Paste the values into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.

An API key belongs to your Clockify user and can reach every workspace you belong to. Deleting it in Clockify disconnects Oneleet until you update the key in Oneleet.
