Moneybird
The Moneybird integration imports the users of your Moneybird administration (company account) as user account assets, so your Moneybird users are included when you review who has access to your systems. Oneleet links each user to the matching person in your organization by email address.
Connect Moneybird
Section titled “Connect Moneybird”Oneleet connects to Moneybird with an API token for one administration. Create it as a user with access to the administration’s settings, e.g. the owner.
- In Moneybird, open the administration and go to Settings > Integrations.
- Under External applications, click New API token and name the token.
- Set Permissions to Read-only and select only the Settings feature.
- Click Save, confirm with your password, and copy the token.
- In Oneleet, go to Integrations > Add integration > Moneybird, paste the token, and click Connect.
Your Moneybird users appear in Oneleet a few minutes after the first sync. To connect more administrations, create a token in each and add a connection for each.
Imported data
Section titled “Imported data”For each user of the administration, including accountants and inactive users, Oneleet imports their name, email address, user type (e.g. owner, employee, or accountant), and feature permissions. Deleted users are marked deactivated, so they show up as accounts to remove during offboarding and access reviews. API tokens aren’t imported.
Moneybird doesn’t share users’ MFA status or last sign-in time through its API, so Oneleet doesn’t import them. Their absence doesn’t mean a user lacks MFA.
Disconnect Moneybird
Section titled “Disconnect Moneybird”Remove the connection from the Moneybird integration page in Oneleet, and revoke the token in Moneybird under Settings > Integrations > External applications.
