Wufoo

The Wufoo integration connects your Wufoo account to Oneleet, syncing your account’s users as user account assets. This lets Oneleet track who has access to your Wufoo account.

  • Wufoo users (user accounts), including whether each user is the account owner or has admin access, and which form, report, and theme permissions they have

To set up the Wufoo integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Wufoo.

Oneleet connects with a Wufoo API key and your account’s subdomain. Sign in as the account owner or a user with admin access.

  1. Note your subdomain, the part before .wufoo.com in your account’s address (e.g. yourcompany for yourcompany.wufoo.com).
  2. In Wufoo, open Forms, click More (…) on any form, and choose API information. Copy the API Key at the top of the page.
  3. Paste both values into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.

A Wufoo API key belongs to a user and grants access to everything that user can access. Resetting it in Wufoo disconnects Oneleet until you update the key in Oneleet.
