Brevo
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Brevo integration connects your Brevo account to Oneleet, syncing account users as user account assets. This lets Oneleet track who has access to your Brevo account and what they can do in each Brevo platform.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Brevo users (user accounts), including the account owner, users whose invitation is still pending (shown as inactive until accepted), and each user’s access level for Marketing, CRM, and Conversations
Brevo lets each user turn on two-factor authentication, but its API doesn’t report whether a user has done so. Oneleet therefore can’t check MFA for Brevo users.
To set up the Brevo integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Brevo.
Oneleet connects with a Brevo API key that can read your organization’s users. Create it with the account owner or an admin user.
- In Brevo, open Settings → SMTP & API → API keys & MCP and click Generate API key.
- Enter a name and leave Expiry set to the longest option.
- Under Access, keep Restricted selected and set Account and Organization to Read. Leave every other permission at None.
- Click Generate, copy the key (it starts with
xkeysib-), paste it into the form in Oneleet, and click Connect.
If you block unauthorized IP addresses for API keys in Brevo (Security → Authorized IPs), Brevo rejects Oneleet’s requests unless they come from an allowed address.
