Overview

The Sendbird integration connects your Sendbird Dashboard organization to Oneleet and syncs its members, so Oneleet can track who has access to your Sendbird applications.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Sendbird organization members, including their role and whether they’ve been removed from the organization

Sendbird’s API doesn’t report whether a member has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check it.

Setup

To set up the Sendbird integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Sendbird and click Continue.

Oneleet requires the Sendbird organization API key. Only the organization Owner can view it.

Finding the organization API key

1. Sign in to the Sendbird Dashboard
2. Click your organization name in the top-right corner and select API Key under the organization settings
3. Under Organization API, copy the API key

Connecting to Oneleet

1. Paste the organization API key
2. Click Submit

Oneleet validates the key by querying the Sendbird API, and creates the connection if the key is valid.

Sendbird doesn’t offer read-only organization keys. Oneleet only uses the key to list your organization’s members.
