Overview

The Windmill integration connects a workspace on Windmill Cloud or a self-hosted Windmill instance to Oneleet, syncing the members of the workspace as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Windmill workspace.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Windmill workspace members (user accounts), including each member’s role and whether they’re disabled

Setup

To set up the Windmill integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Windmill.

Oneleet connects with a Windmill API token, your instance’s domain, and a workspace ID. Sign in as an admin of the workspace.

1. Copy your instance’s domain without https://, e.g. app.windmill.dev for Windmill Cloud.
2. In Windmill, go to Workspace settings → General and copy the Workspace ID.
3. Open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, select your email, then Account settings, and scroll to Tokens. Turn on Limit token permissions and Read-only, give the token only the users:read scope (Users → Read), select New token, and copy it.
4. Paste the three values into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.
