Avaza

The Avaza integration connects your Avaza account to Oneleet, syncing your team members as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Avaza account and which roles they hold.

  • Avaza team members (user accounts), including each member’s roles (for example Administrator or Timesheet User)

External contacts (your customers’ users) aren’t synced. Avaza’s API doesn’t expose two-factor authentication status, so it isn’t shown for Avaza users.

To set up the Avaza integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Avaza.

Oneleet connects with an Avaza Personal Access Token. Create it from an account with the Administrator role.

  1. In Avaza, open Settings → Developer Apps & API Access and select the Personal access tokens tab.
  2. Click Add Personal Access Token, enter a name, and under Select Access Scopes tick read for User.
  3. Click Save and copy the token. Avaza only shows it once.
  4. Paste the token into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.

The token acts with the permissions of the Administrator who created it. Deleting the token, or removing that user’s Administrator role, disconnects Oneleet until you add a new token.
