Mercury

The Mercury integration connects your Mercury organization to Oneleet and syncs your team members as user account assets, so Oneleet can monitor who has access to your Mercury account.

  • Mercury team members (user accounts), including each member’s Mercury role

Invited users who haven’t accepted their invitation yet aren’t synced until they join. Mercury’s API doesn’t expose per-user two-factor authentication status, so Oneleet doesn’t report MFA for Mercury accounts.

To set up the Mercury integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Mercury.

Oneleet connects to the Mercury API with an API token that a Mercury admin creates:

  1. In Mercury, go to Settings > API > Tokens.
  2. Click Create an API token.
  3. Enter a nickname, set Permissions to Read Only, leave IP whitelist empty, and click Create token.
  4. Copy the token and paste it into the Oneleet setup form.

Mercury deletes API tokens that go unused for 45 days, so keep the integration connected to keep the token active.
