HelpCrunch

Overview

The HelpCrunch integration connects your HelpCrunch account to Oneleet and syncs its team members, so Oneleet can track who has access to your customer communication platform.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• HelpCrunch team members, including their name, email, and role

HelpCrunch’s API doesn’t report whether a team member has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check it.

Setup

To set up the HelpCrunch integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > HelpCrunch and click Continue.

Oneleet requires a HelpCrunch Public API key. Only HelpCrunch Administrators can view it.

Finding your API key

1. In HelpCrunch, open Settings and go to Developers → Public API
2. Click the copy icon next to the API key field

Connecting to Oneleet

1. Paste the API key
2. Click Submit

Oneleet validates the API key by querying the HelpCrunch API, and creates the connection if the key is valid.
