Teamdeck
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Teamdeck integration connects your Teamdeck organization to Oneleet, syncing the people who can sign in as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Teamdeck organization.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Teamdeck users (Full Members with a login), including each user’s role and whether they’re deactivated
Light Members, who only appear on the schedule and can’t sign in, aren’t synced. Teamdeck’s API doesn’t report whether users use two-factor authentication or Single Sign-On, so Oneleet doesn’t monitor it.
To set up the Teamdeck integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Teamdeck.
Oneleet connects with a read-only Teamdeck API key. Only the organization Owner can create API keys.
- In Teamdeck, open Settings → Integrations and select the API keys tab.
- Enter a name for the key, leave the permission set to Read, and click +.
- Copy the new key’s Token.
- Paste it into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.
An API key gives access to the whole organization. Deleting it in Teamdeck disconnects Oneleet until you update the key in Oneleet.
