Capsule CRM
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Capsule CRM integration connects your Capsule account to Oneleet and syncs its users, so Oneleet can track who has access to your customer data.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Capsule users, including whether they’ve been deleted or deactivated
Capsule’s API doesn’t report user roles or whether a user has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check them. Users who haven’t accepted their invite yet are skipped until they do.
To set up the Capsule CRM integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Capsule CRM and click Continue.
Oneleet requires a Capsule personal access token with the Read scope.
Creating a Personal Access Token
Section titled “Creating a Personal Access Token”- In Capsule, click your avatar in the top-right corner and open My Preferences
- Open API Authentication and click Generate API Token (or Generate New API Token if you already have one)
- Give the token a description and leave only the Read information from your Capsule account scope selected
- Click Generate Token and copy the token
For more information, see the Capsule API authentication documentation.
Connecting to Oneleet
Section titled “Connecting to Oneleet”- Paste the personal access token
- Click Submit
Oneleet validates the token by querying the Capsule API, and creates the connection if the token is valid.
