Swif

The Swif integration syncs the devices you manage in Swif into Oneleet as assets, and your Swif employees into your vendor accounts. Its monitors check that your devices have disk encryption and an antivirus app, and that they’re still checking in.

Only workspace admins can connect the integration. It is currently in beta.

Each connection covers one Swif organization, and you need its public API token.

  1. In Swif, open Settings > API Keys and copy the token under Public Key. If there isn’t one, click Generate New API Key first. Swif keeps one token per organization, so generating a new one replaces the token any other tool is using.

  2. In Oneleet, on the Integrations page, click Add integration, then click the Swif card.

  3. Enter api.swifteam.com in API hostname, or api.eu.swifteam.com if your Swif organization is hosted in the EU, and the token in API token. Then click Connect.

Connecting also adds Swif to your vendors. To connect a second Swif organization, click New connection on the integration’s Settings tab.

Oneleet syncs one asset per employee and one per device in Swif, automatically and many times a day. Employees show up as Swif accounts under your vendors; an employee Swif marks deleted or inactive shows as deactivated.

Each device carries its name, OS, serial number, owner, team, disk encryption status, last check-in time, whether an antivirus or password manager app is installed, and Swif’s own compliance verdict with its reasons.

A device Swif marks inactive stays in Oneleet as an asset, and its monitors stop applying to it.

The integration adds three monitors.

  • Swif devices aren’t dormant fails for a device that hasn’t checked in within the dormancy threshold, which is 45 days by default. The threshold can be changed in the monitor settings.
  • Swif devices have disk encryption enabled passes when Swif reports disk encryption on.
  • Swif devices have antivirus installed passes when Swif detects an antivirus app on the device.

When the API token stops working, add a replacement with New connection and then remove the old one.

To remove a connection, open the three-dot menu on its card and click Disconnect. To remove the integration along with its assets and their monitor results, click Remove integration under Danger zone on the Settings tab.
