Twenty

Overview

The Twenty integration connects your Twenty Cloud workspace to Oneleet. It syncs workspace members as user account assets and your workspace as an asset, so Oneleet can monitor who has access to your Twenty CRM.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Twenty workspace members (user accounts), including each member’s roles
• Your Twenty workspace, including whether it requires two-factor authentication and which SSO providers are set up

Twenty doesn’t share whether each member has turned on two-factor authentication, so members show two-factor authentication as unknown. Oneleet checks that the workspace requires it instead.

Setup

To set up the Twenty integration, go to Integrations > Add integration > Twenty.

Oneleet connects to the Twenty API with a workspace API key. Only Twenty Cloud workspaces are supported.

Creating an API key

1. Sign in to your Twenty workspace as a member with the Admin role.
2. Open Settings, then Developers in the Workspace section.
3. In the API Keys section, click Create API key.
4. Give the key a name, keep the Admin role, and set Expiration Date to Never. If you pick a date instead, replace the key before it expires.
5. Click Save and copy the key right away. Twenty only shows it once.
6. Paste the API key into the integration setup form in Oneleet.
