ActiveCollab
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The ActiveCollab integration connects your ActiveCollab Cloud account to Oneleet and syncs its users, so Oneleet can track who has access to your projects and whether they protect their sign-in with two-factor authentication.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- ActiveCollab users, including their role and whether they’re archived or trashed
- Whether each active user has two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled
ActiveCollab has no setting that requires 2FA for every user in an account, so Oneleet checks each user instead.
To set up the ActiveCollab integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > ActiveCollab and click Continue.
Oneleet requires an ActiveCollab API token created by the account Owner. Members can also create tokens, but they only see the people they work with, so Oneleet would miss users.
Creating an API token

https://app.activecollab.com/<Account ID>/api/v1
For more information, see the ActiveCollab API authentication documentation.
Connecting to Oneleet
Section titled “Connecting to Oneleet”- Enter the Account ID
