Less Annoying CRM
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Less Annoying CRM integration connects your Less Annoying CRM account to Oneleet and syncs its users, so Oneleet can track who has access to your CRM.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Less Annoying CRM users, including their names, and the email of the user whose API key is connected
Less Annoying CRM’s API doesn’t report users’ emails (other than your own), roles, account status, or whether two-factor authentication is enabled, so Oneleet can’t check them.
To set up the Less Annoying CRM integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Less Annoying CRM and click Continue.
Oneleet requires a Less Annoying CRM API key. Create it while signed in as an administrator, so the key can see every user on the account.
Creating an API key
Section titled “Creating an API key”- In Less Annoying CRM, open Settings and go to Programmer API
- If the API isn’t enabled yet, click Enable API
- Under API Keys, click Create a new API key
- Enter a Nickname, leave only Read access checked under Permissions, and click Create key
- Copy the API Key. Less Annoying CRM only shows it once
For more information, see the Less Annoying CRM API documentation.
Connecting to Oneleet
Section titled “Connecting to Oneleet”- Paste the API key
- Click Submit
Oneleet validates the key by querying the Less Annoying CRM API, and creates the connection if the key is valid.
Deleting the key or disabling the API in Less Annoying CRM disconnects Oneleet until you add a new key.
