OnePageCRM
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The OnePageCRM integration connects your OnePageCRM account to Oneleet and syncs its users, so Oneleet can track who has access to your customer data.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- OnePageCRM users and their account role (owner, admin, or user)
OnePageCRM’s API doesn’t report whether a user has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check it. Invited users who haven’t activated their account yet are listed alongside active users, because the API doesn’t distinguish them.
To set up the OnePageCRM integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > OnePageCRM and click Continue.
Oneleet requires the User ID and API key of a OnePageCRM user. Use an account owner or admin so the whole team is visible.
Finding your API credentials
Section titled “Finding your API credentials”- In OnePageCRM, click your avatar in the top-right corner and open Apps and Integrations
- Open the API app (or go to app.onepagecrm.com/app/api) and select the Configuration tab
- Copy the User ID
- Click the eye icon next to API key to reveal it, then copy the key
For more information, see the OnePageCRM API authentication documentation.
Connecting to Oneleet
Section titled “Connecting to Oneleet”- Paste the User ID and API key
- Click Submit
Oneleet validates the credentials by querying the OnePageCRM API, and creates the connection if they’re valid.
