Testiny
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Testiny integration connects your Testiny organization to Oneleet, syncing organization members as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your test management data and how they sign in.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Testiny organization members (user accounts), including each member’s roles, whether they’re deactivated, and whether they have two-factor authentication enabled
Pending invites and service accounts aren’t synced, since they can’t sign in to Testiny.
To set up the Testiny integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Testiny.
Oneleet connects with a Testiny API key created by an Administrator (or the owner) of your organization.
- In Testiny, open Settings → API keys.
- Enter a name, keep Project set to All Projects, and pick an expiration.
- Leave Limit API key permissions unchecked and click Create. Testiny only shares members’ two-factor status with keys that keep the Administrator’s user-management permission.
- Copy the key from the dialog (Testiny shows it only once), paste it into the form in Oneleet, and click Connect.
A Testiny API key belongs to the user who created it. Deleting the key, or removing that user’s Administrator role, disconnects Oneleet until you update the key in Oneleet.
