Overview

The CentralStationCRM integration connects your CentralStationCRM account to Oneleet and syncs its users, so Oneleet can track who has access to your CRM.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• CentralStationCRM users, including whether they’ve been deactivated

CentralStationCRM’s API doesn’t report user roles or whether a user has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check them.

Setup

To set up the CentralStationCRM integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > CentralStationCRM and click Continue.

Oneleet requires a CentralStationCRM API key. The key acts with the permissions of the user who creates it, so create it as the account owner or a co-owner.

Creating an API key

1. In CentralStationCRM, click the Settings (gear) icon in the top right and choose My settings
2. Open External access and click Create a new API token
3. Enter a Description and click Save
4. Copy the API key. It’s shown only once
