LiveAgent

The LiveAgent integration connects your LiveAgent account to Oneleet and syncs its agents as user accounts, so Oneleet can track who has access to your help desk and whether they sign in with two-factor authentication.

  • LiveAgent agents, including their role (owner, admin, or agent), whether they’ve been deleted, and whether two-factor authentication is enabled

LiveAgent’s API doesn’t report account-wide sign-in settings such as SSO, so Oneleet can’t check them.

To set up the LiveAgent integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > LiveAgent and click Continue.

Oneleet requires a LiveAgent API v3 key with the agent: read privilege. Only LiveAgent Owners and Admins can create one.

  1. In LiveAgent, open Configuration (the gear icon) and go to System → API
  2. Click Add API key and give it a name
  3. Clear the Expiration date time field so the key doesn’t expire, and leave Whitelist set to *
  4. Under Privileges, select only read for agent
  5. Click Create and copy the key from the Key column

For more information, see the LiveAgent API key documentation.

  1. Enter your LiveAgent subdomain, the part of your address before .ladesk.com (for https://acme.ladesk.com, enter acme)
  2. Paste the API key
  3. Click Submit

Oneleet validates the key by querying the LiveAgent API, and creates the connection if the key is valid.
