Productive

The Productive integration connects your Productive organization to Oneleet, syncing users as user account assets and your organization as an asset. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to Productive and how they sign in.

  • Productive users (user accounts), including each user’s role, whether they’re deactivated, and whether they have two-factor authentication enabled
  • Your Productive organization, including whether it requires two-factor authentication or SSO sign-in

To set up the Productive integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Productive.

Oneleet connects with a Productive API token and your organization ID. Use an account that can see every person in the organization, such as an admin.

  1. In Productive, open Settings → API integrations and copy the Organization ID.
  2. On the same page, click Generate new token, choose Read-only access, and copy the token.
  3. Paste both values into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.

A Productive API token acts as the user who created it. Changing that user’s password invalidates the token and disconnects Oneleet until you update the token in Oneleet.
