WebWork
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The WebWork integration connects your WebWork workspaces to Oneleet and syncs their members, so Oneleet can track who has access to your time tracking and workforce management platform.
What does Oneleet monitor?
Section titled “What does Oneleet monitor?”- Members of every WebWork workspace the token can reach, including their role and whether they’re active, blocked, or have left the workspace
WebWork’s API doesn’t report whether a member has two-factor authentication enabled, so Oneleet can’t check it.
To set up the WebWork integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > WebWork and click Continue.
Oneleet requires a WebWork personal access token with the Read permission. Only workspace Owners and Executive Managers have API access.
Creating a personal access token
Section titled “Creating a personal access token”- In WebWork, open Settings → REST API and stay on the API Management tab
- Under Personal access tokens, click Create token
- Give the token a name, select only the Read permission, and click Create token. Enter your WebWork password if asked to verify your identity
- Copy the Access Token value. WebWork shows it only once
For more information, see the WebWork API authentication documentation.
Connecting to Oneleet
Section titled “Connecting to Oneleet”- Paste the personal access token
- Click Submit
Oneleet validates the token by querying the WebWork API, and creates the connection if the token is valid.
WebWork personal access tokens expire after six months and can’t be refreshed, so create a new token and update the connection before then.
