Toggl Track

Overview

The Toggl Track integration connects your Toggl organization to Oneleet, syncing members as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Toggl organization.

Only Toggl 2.0 (focus.toggl.com) is supported. Classic Toggl Track (track.toggl.com) isn’t supported.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Toggl organization members (user accounts), including whether each member is the owner or an admin and whether they’re deactivated

Toggl’s API doesn’t report whether members use two-factor authentication, so Oneleet doesn’t monitor it.

Setup

To set up the Toggl Track integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Toggl Track.

Oneleet connects with a Toggl API token and your Toggl Organization ID. Sign in as the Owner or an Admin of the organization.

1. Copy the first number after focus.toggl.com/ in your browser’s address bar. This is your Organization ID.
2. Click your initials at the bottom left, click Settings, and scroll to API token on the Toggl account tab.
3. Set Expiry date, click Generate (or Refresh if you already have a token), and copy the token.
4. Paste both values into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.

An API token belongs to your Toggl user, and you can have only one at a time. Generating a new token, or letting it expire, disconnects Oneleet until you update the token in Oneleet.
