Connecteam

Overview

The Connecteam integration connects your Connecteam account to Oneleet, syncing users as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Connecteam account.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Connecteam users (user accounts), including each user’s type (owner, manager, or user) and whether they’re archived

Connecteam’s API doesn’t report whether users or admins use two-factor authentication, so Oneleet doesn’t monitor it.

Setup

To set up the Connecteam integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Connecteam.

Oneleet connects with a Connecteam API key. Sign in to the Connecteam dashboard as the account Owner; API access requires a paid Connecteam plan.

1. Click your name in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Integrations.
2. Open API keys and click Add API key.
3. Name the key, leave Expiry date and time empty, and click Create key.
4. Copy the key, paste it into the form in Oneleet, and click Connect.

If the key expires or is deleted in Connecteam, Oneleet disconnects until you update the key in Oneleet.
