Harvest
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Harvest integration connects your Harvest account to Oneleet, syncing teammates as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Harvest account.
What does Oneleet monitor?

Harvest’s API doesn’t report whether teammates use two-factor authentication, so Oneleet doesn’t monitor it.
To set up the Harvest integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Harvest.
Oneleet connects with a Harvest personal access token and your Harvest Account ID. Sign in as an Administrator of the Harvest account.
- Open Harvest ID → Developers and click Create new personal access token.
- Name the token and click Create personal access token.
- Copy Your token. If you belong to more than one Harvest account, select the account to connect under Choose account, then copy its Account ID.
- Paste both values into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.
A personal access token belongs to your Harvest ID and can reach every Harvest account you belong to. Revoking it in Harvest disconnects Oneleet until you update the token in Oneleet.
