Enchant

Overview

The Enchant integration connects your Enchant help desk account to Oneleet, syncing users as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Enchant account.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Enchant users (user accounts), including their names and email addresses

Enchant’s API doesn’t expose users’ access levels or two-factor authentication status, so Oneleet can’t report them for Enchant accounts.

Setup

To set up the Enchant integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Enchant.

Oneleet connects with the access token of an Enchant API app. Use an account that is an Owner or Administrator.

1. Note your Enchant site name: the subdomain you sign in with. For https://acme.enchant.com, it’s acme.
2. In Enchant, open Settings → Apps and click Add New App. Choose API, click Install Now, enter a name, and click Save.
3. Copy the access token that appears, paste it and your site name into the form in Oneleet, and click Connect.
