Timebutler

Overview

The Timebutler integration connects your Timebutler company account to Oneleet and syncs your users as user account assets, so Oneleet can monitor who has access to Timebutler.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Timebutler users (user accounts), including each user’s role (ADMIN, MANAGER, or USER) and whether the account is locked

Timebutler’s API doesn’t expose per-user two-factor authentication status, so Oneleet doesn’t report MFA for Timebutler accounts.

Setup

To set up the Timebutler integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Timebutler.

Oneleet connects to the Timebutler API v2 with a personal API token created by a Timebutler admin:

1. In Timebutler, go to Settings > My account > API Tokens.
2. Under API Tokens, click API Tokens.
3. Under Create new token, enter a name and click Create token.
4. Copy the token (it starts with tb_) and paste it into the Oneleet setup form.
