Ziflow

Overview

The Ziflow integration connects your Ziflow account to Oneleet, syncing users as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Ziflow account and how they sign in.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Ziflow users (user accounts), including each user’s roles, whether they’re active, and, for admins and managers, whether they have two-factor authentication enabled

Setup

To set up the Ziflow integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Ziflow.

Oneleet connects with the API key of a Ziflow user with the Admin role.

1. In Ziflow, open Settings → My Profile.
2. Open the API Key tab, click Generate key if needed, click Reveal, and copy the key.
3. Paste the key into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.

A Ziflow API key acts with the permissions of the user who owns it. Regenerating it in Ziflow disconnects Oneleet until you update the key in Oneleet.
