Rootly

The Rootly integration connects your Rootly organization to Oneleet, syncing organization members as user account assets. This lets Oneleet monitor who has access to your Rootly organization.

  • Rootly organization members (user accounts), including their Incident Response and On-Call roles

Rootly’s API doesn’t expose members’ two-factor authentication status, so Oneleet can’t report it for Rootly accounts.

To set up the Rootly integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Rootly.

Oneleet connects with a Rootly Global API key, which only organization admins can create.

  1. In Rootly, open Settings and select API Keys under Organization.
  2. Click Create new API key and choose Global API key.
  3. Set Incident Response Role to Observer and On-Call Role to None, enter a name, and pick an expiration.
  4. Click Create, copy the key, paste it into the form in Oneleet, and click Connect.
