Overview

The Favro integration connects your Favro organization to Oneleet, syncing the organization’s users as user account assets. This lets Oneleet track who has access to your Favro organization.

What does Oneleet monitor?

• Favro users (user accounts), including each user’s organization role (administrator, full member, external member, or guest) and whether they’re disabled

Setup

To set up the Favro integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Favro.

Oneleet connects with a Favro API token, the email address of the user who created it, and your organization ID. Sign in as an organization administrator.

1. Note your organization ID, the part after /organization/ in your Favro address (e.g. f841116d0d710e9f74a92897 in favro.com/organization/f841116d0d710e9f74a92897).
2. In Favro, click your organization name in the top left, choose My profile, and open API tokens. Create a new token, select Read-only, and copy it.
3. Paste your Favro email address, the API token, and the organization ID into the form in Oneleet and click Connect.

A Favro API token acts as the user who created it. Deleting the token or removing that user from the organization disconnects Oneleet until you update the credentials in Oneleet.
