Easy8

The Easy8 (formerly Easy Redmine) integration connects your Easy8 instance to Oneleet and syncs your users as user account assets, so Oneleet can monitor who has access to Easy8 and whether they use two-factor authentication.

  • Easy8 users (user accounts), including administrator status, user type, and whether the account is locked
  • Easy8 users have two-factor authentication enabled: fails for any user who can sign in and hasn’t set up 2FA

To set up the Easy8 integration, navigate to Integrations > Add integration > Easy8.

Oneleet connects to the Easy8 REST API with the API access key of an Easy8 administrator:

  1. Sign in to Easy8 as an administrator. On self-hosted instances, also go to Administration > Settings > API, make sure Enable REST web service is checked, and click Save (Easy8 Cloud always has it enabled).
  2. Open your avatar menu > My profile, click Edit, and scroll to the API section.
  3. Copy the Readonly API access key and paste it into the Oneleet setup form.
  4. Enter your Easy8 domain without https://, e.g. acme.easy8.com.

To require 2FA for all users, go to Administration > Settings > Authentication, set Two-factor authentication to required, and click Save.
